  5. Pretty simple to use. Press Yes, then OK if you are comfortable with what the program will do.

  7. Command Line Options:
  8. ---------------------
  9. `-quietplease'  =    Makes the program run quietly
  10. `-startmeup'    =    Runs the program when Windows boots (quietly)
  11. `-theirway'     =       Tries to clear the Past Icons cache by using method that Microsoft recommends
  12. `-removeregkey' =       Removes registry key PastIconsFlusher creates if you run the `-startmeup' argument.

  15. Bugs:

  17. - Windows can't remember what the preferences of your tray icons are after running this program.
  18. - Running the program without the switch `-theirway' will remove the Balloon Tips setting. This is because I remove the `TrayNotify' registry key which contains the IconStreams and PastIconsStream keys.

  23. The program only works on Windows XP as far as I know.

  25. It seems that flushing the cache makes Windows boot a little bit faster as well.

  27. Seeing the My Documents folder come up after running the program is normal.
